Exchanges and Returns

You can return items within 14 days of receipt. You can do this either online or in-store. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Normally, the amount is refunded within 2 business days. However, processing times can vary per bank, and in exceptional cases, it can take up to 10 business days.


RETURN ONLINE ORDER

Register your return by sending us an email with your order number and the email address you used to place the order. Pack your items in the original packaging and print the return label yourself. Affix the label to the package and send it back to the address provided. Don't forget to include your order number on the letter or inside the package; you can find it in your confirmation email. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

It is also possible to return your online order free of charge in our store in Eindhoven.


RETURNS IN STORE

You can return items to our store in Eindhoven free of charge within 14 days of receipt. In-store returns are free.

Please note: Items purchased in-store can only be exchanged in-store. Shipping is not possible or online exchanges cannot be processed.

COMMENTS

Items purchased during the sale, as well as gift cards, cannot be returned. Products purchased as part of a buy-one-get-one-free offer can only be returned if the entire order is returned.

It's not possible to exchange an item for a different size or color. If you'd like a different size or color, please place a new order and return the current item within 14 days of receipt. Please note that any discounts or promotions will be recalculated for the new order and may therefore be canceled.

Due to the way our system works, we can't always guarantee an exchange. Please contact us beforehand so we can work together to find a suitable solution.

The costs for returning or shipping back products are always borne by the buyer.
