How long does it take before I receive my package?
If you place an order before 23:59, your package will be shipped the same day! Packages ordered before 23:59 will be delivered the next day. No mail is delivered on Sundays and Mondays, please take this into account.

Yes! All LILOU Jewelry is waterproof, sweatproof, and tarnish-free. So you can wear it worry-free while showering, working out, or on vacation.

No, our jewelry does not discolor with normal use. We also offer a 12-month warranty against discoloration.

Which payment methods can I use?
We accept iDEAL, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact (for Belgium), PayPal and special gift cards.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
What are the shipping costs?
We ship free to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France for orders over €50. For orders under this amount, the following shipping rates apply:
- Netherlands: €2.99
- Belgium: €3.99
- Germany: €2.99
- France: €2.99
How quickly will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days with PostNL. We ship everything as letterbox-sized parcels, so you don't need to be home to receive it! Once shipped, delivery usually takes 24 to 48 hours.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code.
How can I return my order?
Register your return by sending us an email with your order number and the email address you used to place the order. You can return items within 14 days of receipt, either online or in-store. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Please print the return label yourself.
Some exceptions are:
- Earrings (for hygienic reasons).
- Sale items and gift cards.
- Items purchased during promotions (such as 2+1 free) can only be exchanged
When can I expect my money back?
You can expect your refund within 1-2 business days after your return has been processed. In exceptional cases, this can take up to 10 business days, depending on the bank.
Do I get a guarantee on my jewelry?
Yes, you get a 12-month warranty on discoloration and an 8-week warranty on defective or broken items.
Please note: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, misuse, modified items, or lost jewelry (such as a single earring).
